Alright so this is the first time l make pancakes.
l bought some
By
pancake mix to make it easier.
The instructions on the box says:

2. Combine all ingredients in bowl and stir.
3. Pour batter
onto hot, lightly greased griddle.Turn pancake when bubbles appear and
edges look cooked.Turn only once and continue cooking until second side is
done.

So do l put the whole batter in? Or do l put a little bit
and make one pancake at a time?
If you could rewrite the instructions
in a less confusing way and to have more precise instructions on what to
do that would be great.

most nonstick griddles or frying pans do not need any kind of

greasing. But yes put the burner on med flame & wait a few minutes then

wet your hand & drop the water on the pan. If it sizzles its ready use a

1. heat the pan with nothing in it. when it gets hot eough for

the water to sizzle then add a small spoonful of butter. it helps the

pancakes not stick.

2. combine all ingredients in a bowl & stir. normally the recipe on the

box will make more pancakes than one person can or should eat at one time
so you should only use enough of the batter to make as many as you want
then store the rest in the fridge.

3. pour enough batter to make a pancake about 4 or 5 inches wide into the
pan. use a spadula (the flat thing you cook eggs with) flip pancake when
bubble appear on tp of pancake ad the edges look cooked. wait about as
long as you did forthe first side to get done then take out of the pan &
place on a plate. repeat this step until you have as many pancakes cooked
as you want.

You don't use all of the batter. Use like a spoon or cup to
Angel Baby
scoop out the batter. Make sure not to overmix the batter, or you will get

rubbary pancakes.

You have to butter the pan, otherwise the pancake will never come out of

the pan.

Of course you don't pour all the batter in *rolling eyes*. Once the butter
is melted, pour about 1/3 cup of batter into the pan. The batter will
spread out to a circle (A PANCAKE!).

When you see little bubbles and puffs of air on the pancake, flip it and
cook for another minute or two.
