Does anyone know of a recipe that would help me out tonight
Our oven/stove broke and the new one does not come until tomorrow. l forgot
to put something in the crock pot this morning for dinner. So now when l
get home l need to cook a meal using my other appliances. l have a george
foreman grill, microwave, and electric griddle. l also have a steamer.
Unfortunately, l do have to be picky. I am a low-fat diet and l have
hypertension so the sodium content needs to be low as well. Does anyone
have any recipes?Thanks in advance for your thoughtful help.
grill salmon on the george forman grill and steam some broccoli
as a side dish.

how about a chicken and veggie dish(microwave diced chicken or
grill ) saute the veggies and 1 tsp. canola oil in your microwave (1 min
at a time stirring in between). cook rice in your steamer, toss chicken
and veggies together with a little low sodium soy sauce &low sodium
chicken stock microwave for 1-2mins serve over rice andENJOY
This is an easy recipe, just use the foreman grill instead of
the skillet and you will be A-ok...

Sure! Steam cook some white or wild rice while you sautee
carrots, snow peas, mushrooms, and red peppers in your electric griddle
with a tiny bit of olive oil. Add the vegetables to the rice when the rice
is almost done. You can also use the George Foreman to grill some chicken
and add it to your meal.

i often throw a pice of chicken (hammered out so it is a little
thiner) on the Foreman, then slice it warm on top of a garden salad. It
looks kind of fancy like a restraunt salad and it couldn't be easier.
